Plumber – Subcontract Opportunity (x2)
We are seeking two experienced plumbers to join a respected Social Housing team on a subcontract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled plumbers looking for consistent work, strong weekly earnings, and long‑term stability.
Pay & Benefits
* Guaranteed day rate
* Weekly pay (one week in arrears)
* Average plumber earnings: £1,200+ per week

* Hours:
8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (weekend work available)
* Contract length:
Approx. 6 months
Plumber Responsibilities
* Install and connect pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems for water supply, drainage, and heating
* Carry out day‑to‑day reactive plumbing repairs in occupied and void properties
* Fit sinks, toilets, showers, radiators, dishwashers, and other household plumbing appliances
* Assemble and install valves, pumps, and water‑heating systems as part of wider plumbing works
* Ensure all plumbing tasks meet safety standards and Social Housing requirements
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ plumbing experience
* Right to work in the UK
* Own vehicle/van is essential
* Clean DBS
