Job Description

Morgan Hunt is working in partnership with a large social housing organisation to recruit a skilled and reliable EICRs across occupied and void properties.

You will be responsible for completing EICRs within social housing properties, ensuring all electrical installations meet current safety standards. Where issues are identified, you will also be expected to carry out remedial works during or following the inspection, where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out EICRs in domestic social housing properties
• Accurately complete and submit all EICR certification and paperwork
• Identify electrical faults and non-compliances
• Undertake remedial electrical repairs arising from EICRs

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 / 2394 & 2395 or equivalent inspection and testing qualification
• Proven experience completing EICRs in domestic or social housing settings
• Ability to complete EICR documentation accurately and efficiently

38 hours per week

Weekly pay
