We are currently looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our successful Capital/Planned Maintenance business based in the Wrexham area.
You'll specialise in carrying out Planned works projects on our customers properties.

Responsibilities- Working on Refurbishment and Planned works.
- Undertake 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works, and kitchen fitting, in tenanted properties and voids.
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service; ensuring you are providing updates and always considering the customer’s needs, whilst being able to complete your works within agreed timescales.
- Qualified to an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry or a similar professional body, or relevant experience.
- Experience as a Carpenter / Joiner with proven skills.
- Kitchen Fitting experience would be a bonus.
- A strong customer understanding, putting the customer at the heart of all you do.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a criminal records check.
