We are currently looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our successful Capital/Planned Maintenance business based in the Wrexham area.

You'll specialise in carrying out Planned works projects on our customers properties.

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

• Working on Refurbishment and Planned works.
• Undertake 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works, and kitchen fitting, in tenanted properties and voids.
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service; ensuring you are providing updates and always considering the customer’s needs, whilst being able to complete your works within agreed timescales.

• Qualified to an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry or a similar professional body, or relevant experience.
• Experience as a Carpenter / Joiner with proven skills.
• Kitchen Fitting experience would be a bonus.
• A strong customer understanding, putting the customer at the heart of all you do.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a criminal records check.
