We are looking for an organised, efficient, and experienced Control Room Operator to join our security team for Mitie Business Services. You will be working within a supportive team to maintain and monitor CCTV, intruder, and fire alarm panels.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily operational requirements - ensuring compliance and accurate recording of incidents to outline identified risks.
- Escalate incidents, report Health and Safety concerns, and respond to emergency situations also producing accurate reports to ensure alarms are efficiently responded to.
- Awareness of the law across the Private Security Industry.
- Health and Safety for the Private Security Operative.
- Fire Safety.
- Technology and Systems in the Security environment.
- Emergency Procedures.
