Part Time Security Officer

Overview

Great opportunity to work as a part‑time Security Officer for the world‑leading security company at a national infrastructure location in Winfrith, Dorchester.

• SIA licence preferred (training provided for the preferred candidate)
• Full UK manual driving licence required; own transport needed
• £13.47 per hour
• 8 shifts per month
• Part‑time availability days and nights over a 7‑day period
• Immediate start available once vetting completed (multiple vetting checks required)

• Ensure the safety of customers, staff, buildings and assets while providing excellent customer service with a smile.
• Greet staff and visitors and enforce required security protocols.
• Conduct searches where required, patrol premises and manage security incidents.
• De‑escalate situations in a firm but respectful manner.

• Aged 18 or over
• Confident communicator and team player
• Good IT knowledge
• Security experience and SIA licence beneficial, but not essential (training provided)
