Day Shift Security Officer

Job Overview

Great opportunity to work as a day shift Security Officer for the world leading security company at a national infrastructure location in Winfrith, Dorchester. Staffline is recruiting for a Security Officer to work in Winfrith, Dorchester.

• Rate of pay: £13.47 per hour
• Day shift position:
  Monday – Thursday (12‑hour dayshift)
• Immediate start available once the required vetting levels are completed
• Requires a valid SIA licence and a full UK manual driving licence (own transport required)
• Must be over 18 years old to apply

• Ensure the safety of our customers, staff, buildings and assets, providing excellent customer service with a smile
• Greet staff and visitors, enforce security protocols, and conduct searches where required
• Patrol premises and respond to security incidents
• De‑escalate situations in a firm, yet respectful manner

• Aged 18 or over
• Confident communicator, team player with a drive to provide friendly and professional service
• Good IT knowledge
• Previous security experience and SIA licence desirable but not essential (Full SIA licence training provided)
