An exciting opportunity has arisen for a security & loss prevention specialist to join a globally recognised entertainment brand, based in one of their retail flagship stores in Dublin. Renowned worldwide for its welcoming and fun environment, this brand is dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences and magical moments.

• Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor, monitoring entrances and ensuring stability of the store, employees and customers.
• Implement best practices for cash handling and auditing, safeguarding the store and its assets.
• Lead loss‑prevention initiatives, including shrinkage control, staff training and security monitoring.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming guest experience while enforcing security protocols.

• Adaptable and open to learning.
• Willing to align with the company’s security approach.

• Customer‑focused – while security is paramount, maintain a welcoming in‑store atmosphere.

• Basic salary up to €40,000 (depending on experience).
