Telesales Advisor - Emerald Solar
Location:
Solihull, West Midlands
Employment Type:
Full-time/Permanent (office based)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (pa) plus commission
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Promote Emerald Solar's products and services
- Qualify customer interest and book appointments
- Work towards daily and weekly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Previous telesales or call‑centre experience (is essential)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- A positive, resilient attitude
- Confidence working in a target‑driven environment
