Sales Experience Consultant, otherwise known as Sales Administrator.
The Sales Experience Consultant / Sales Administrator enjoys a hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in the Brighton office (Monday to Wednesday). 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The Team You Will JoinThe team sits within the sales function of the employee benefits line of business. This team is responsible for looking after a designated panel of brokers and are targeted to win business from the clients of the brokers on that panel.
The OpportunityThe Sales Experience Consultant / Sales Administrator will support the Employee Benefits sales team in the UK to ensure we hit our business objectives and continue to grow our market share. The Sales Experience Consultant / Sales Administrator will be specifically supporting the Sales Account Executives with administrative tasks to contribute to their sales targets and team performance.
How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)- Provide an outstanding service to Financial Advisers by telephone and email.
- Management of our Salesforce system, ensuring key opportunities and contacts are kept up to date and capturing key feedback.
- Provide account management support for the Met Life sales team. This includes, but not limited to, general administration, PowerPoint creation, running reports, meeting preparation & feedback calls.
- Work with the Sales Team and wider teams to support the business with retention and growth targets.
- Have a strong attention to detail and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Support with the account management and become the point of contact when the Met Life salesperson is away from the office.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience dealing with high volumes of sales administration.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Able to present face to face and virtually to any size group.
- Talk confidently about a product proposition and sell the benefits.
- Build meaningful relationships with internal and external customers.
- Passion for helping others, empathetic and being customer focused.
- Able to commit to the 12 month fixed term contract.
- Experience with in Financial Services (Group Risk preferred).
- Experience dealing with financial advisers.
- Knowledge of:
- Group Life and Group Income Protection.
