Yardbox is a fast-growing, design-led modular construction company based in County Down. We design and deliver premium garden rooms, commercial modular spaces and high-end golf simulator environments for homes, hospitality venues and golf clubs across Ireland and the UK.

Alongside our core builds, Yardbox Golf has quickly become one of Ireland’s leading turnkey golf simulator providers, delivering complete design and fit-out solutions. We are also launching Bothán, our new design led modular home brand, created to provide sustainable, beautifully designed and exportable small homes for modern living.

Role Description

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to support the next phase of our growth.

This is a full-time, office-based role working from our new Yardbox HQ in Crossgar, Co. Down, with regular client meetings and site visits as required.

You will focus on expanding our golf offering while also supporting sales across our garden room and modular construction projects, and helping bring Bothán to market in Ireland and beyond. The role is hands-on and client-facing, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and converting enquiries into high-quality projects.

Responsibilities
  • Growing Yardbox Golf across residential and commercial clients including homes, golf clubs and hospitality venues
  • Developing new leads, partnerships and business opportunities
  • Managing the full sales journey from first enquiry through to close
  • Supporting sales across garden rooms and modular builds
  • Contributing to the launch and growth of Bothán in new markets
  • Working closely with the design and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven skills in client management and relationship building
  • Experience in sales processes including lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
  • Previous experience in construction, modular building or a related industry is desirable
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales-related software
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • A genuine interest in golf and knowledge of the golf industry is highly desirable
