Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be searching for an Internal sales manager at a leading energy provider built for the rental market to manage and optimise the internal sales function.

The Role:

• Training and development of the teams sales pitch
• Implementing or improving dial rate systems
• Report sales performance to the Sales Director
• Work with Sales director to set, forecast and achieve sales targets
• Develop sales processes to increase efficiency

The person:

• Previous experience as a sales manager in a call centre environment
• A confident leader in sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to increase the team performance levels
