As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving regional growth by introducing advanced, FDA-approved devices for skin rejuvenation and body sculpting to leading aesthetic clinics.
You’ll build lasting partnerships, deliver impactful demonstrations, and represent a brand trusted by professionals worldwide.
What You’ll Do- Drive sales of premium aesthetic devices across new and existing clinics
- Map your region, identify top prospects, and lead proactive outreach
- Turn cold leads into warm relationships through consultative, value-based selling
- Deliver compelling demos and ROI-focused sales presentations
- Manage your live sales pipeline using CRM tools and report on activity and conversions
- Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and sustained client success.
- Represent the brand at leading industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
- Proven sales experience in the medical sector
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenting to clients and handling negotiations
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Organised and able to manage time and territory effectively
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine interest in personal and professional growth
- UK driving licence
