Do you have an established network in the construction industry? We’re looking for an AREA MANAGER (SOUTH-EAST)!

Lantrak is seeking an Area Manager to join our team, leveraging your pre-existing network to drive the South‑East territory._Normal you will hit the ground running, representing Lantrak and becoming the knowledge expert for all things happening in the region.

The Opportunity

As an Area Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain key relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify new opportunities for tipping solutions and materials management.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Engage with clients
    , understand their nasal needs, and provide innovative solutions.
  • Represent Lantrak within your territory, becoming the go‑to expert for regional insights.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and manage a high volume of interactions.
  • Collaborate with all business units and report directly to the General Manager.
Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience in construction, earthmoving, or the building industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of materials (dirt) and wet plantongeza (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to think laterally and adapt to an ever‑changing environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a solutions‑based outlook.
  • Initiative, resilience, and strong communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRMs and Microsoft Office products.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the south‑east suburbs.
  • Experience in territory management and logistics retrieved highly favourable.
