Our portal offers instant remap files at £50 each with no subscriptions, and we sell Kess V3 and Auto Tuner equipment packages with 0% finance options. We're growing fast and need motivated salespeople to help us onboard more customers.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a performance-based sales role where your earnings are directly tied to your results. No salary. No hourly rate. Pure commission. If you perform, you earn. If you don't, you don't.

We provide the leads, the scripts, the training, and the support. You provide the hustle, the persistence, and the coachability.

Commission Structure: £5 per portal sign-up, £15 per first order placed, £150 per Kess V3 or Auto Tuner equipment sale, plus bonuses for hitting weekly and monthly targets.

Realistic Earnings Breakdown: 40 portal sign-ups per week equals £200. 10 first orders per week equals £150. 2 equipment sales per week equals £300. Total of £650 per week or £2,600 per month.

What to expect:
Month 1 you'll earn £(Apply online only) during the learning phase while building your pipeline. Month 2-3 you'll earn £(phone number removed) with consistent execution as your pipeline converts. Month 4 onwards you'll earn £(phone number removed)+ as an experienced high-volume caller with an optimized process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY

Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to UK garages and mobile mechanics. Follow proven scripts to introduce our portal and equipment packages. Register new customers live on calls by getting their email and signing them up immediately. Send follow-up emails and Whats App messages. Chase portal sign-ups who haven't placed their first order yet. Pass hot equipment leads to senior closers and you still get full commission.

You'll be calling mobile mechanics who want to add remapping services, garages looking to increase revenue without adding overhead, independent workshops exploring new income streams, and MOT centers and service garages with existing customer bases.

We provide everything you need including daily lead lists scraped from Yell, Google Maps, Facebook groups and directories. We provide proven call scripts that work using direct value hook and problem solution frameworks. We provide email templates and follow-up sequences. We provide full training on our products and objection handling. We provide direct support from the business owner. We provide a simple tracking system with no complicated CRM.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

You're a great fit if you are self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home. You can handle rejection without taking it personally because most calls will say no and that's normal. You are willing to make 80-100 calls every single day which is non-negotiable. You want to earn based on your effort and results not a fixed salary. You don't need previous automotive experience because we'll teach you everything about remapping. You don't need sales experience because we'll train you on our scripts and process.
