Key Responsibilities

• Processing incoming sales orders from stockists and feeder partners
• Acting as the first point of contact for telephone and email sales enquiries
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience in every interaction
• Managing product returns and credits in line with company policy
• Resolving invoice queries and disputes efficiently
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and add value
• Building strong working relationships with the external sales team
• Developing rapport with merchants and installers within a designated sales area

Skills & Experience

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Competent computer skills Excel and Word essential;
  Sage experience desirable
• Natural problem solver with the ability to grasp technical information
• Excellent telephone manner and a genuine passion for customer service
