Position: Sales Assistant - No Experience

As a result, they are looking to expand their team to work on ongoing face-to-face field sales campaigns on a daily basis.

This sales and customer service role will include the following aspects:
Customer Service Marketing Promoting Face-to-Face Field Sales Teamwork ? No previous experience in these area is needed as our client provides full access to sales coaching, client product/service training, and ongoing support. Our client offers a day rate supplemented by a high-growth commission structure. This is paired with a dynamic rewards and incentives program designed to keep motivation high and celebrate your success.

Requirements for this role include:
Confident, bubbly and out-going personality Strong English communication skill (Both verbal and written) Full time equivalent availability: 4/5 full days a week (Mon - Sat) Willingness to learn and progress. This is a self-employed, day rate plus commission role , so no prior experience is needed as access to client product/service training will be provided.

This role offers financial bonus's and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and hitting targets. Our client welcomes graduates and candidates with any previous work experience in the following roles: customer service, sales representative, marketing supervisor, sales executive, direct sales, field sales, marketing executive, retail, call centre, inbound call centre, marketing representative, outbound call centre, bar manager, hospitality, marketing assistant, front of house, direct marketing, sales assistant, canvassing, and any other customer service or sales role.

The roles are based in Brighton. This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week.
