Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Consultant located in central Birmingham. The job role will mean engaging with prospective buyers, providing advice and assistance throughout the sales process. It involves understanding customer needs, promoting properties, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and work towards the company’s goal of creating thriving communities.

Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in the property industry and the ability to effectively support potential buyers throughout the sales process.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the property market in Birmingham is required.
  • A proactive, customer‑focused mindset and problem‑solving skills.
  • Using initiative to add value to the team or customer outcome.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Word/ Excel.
  • Experience with a CRM system.
