An exciting opportunity is available at our Marsh Barton studio for a Studio Assistant. Fully flexible contract, offering up to 8 hours per week. This position will be covering days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness.

As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.

Responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day running, delivering customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment to ensure the studio operates smoothly and is welcoming and safe.

• Previous customer-facing experience
• English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills
• Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education
• Ability to attend mandatory training
• Examples of good time management
• Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges

• Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• £12.25 per hour with uncapped commission – age thresholds not applicable, all staff are compensated the same way
