Located in this popular seaside town, our store is in the heart of Saltcoats, known for its long beaches, views across to the Isle of Arran, and friendly local community. With great transport links, including Saltcoats railway station offering regular trains to Glasgow and nearby Ayrshire towns, the area offers a great balance between work and everyday life. Our Saltcoats store has room to grow, and we’re looking for someone to help play a part in its continued success in this well-connected town.

• Support the Store Manager:
  Assist in the day-to-day running of the store ensuring costs are contained within targets.
• Drive Sales:
  Help maximise store profitability by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Customer Service:
  Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Team Development:
  Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example.
• Deputise for the Manager:
  Step in when required to ensure smooth store operations.
