Store Manager | St Ives - Cornwall |Up to £35,000  Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of a new store in St Ives. This is a key leadership role responsible for building a high-performing team, embedding a strong brand-led culture, and delivering outstanding commercial and customer results from opening day onwards.

As a Store Manager , you will take full ownership of store performance, overseeing daily operations while creating a positive, inclusive, and energetic environment. Alongside core retail management, you will support in-store activations and community initiatives that strengthen the store's local presence and bring the brand to life. This role suits a hands-on retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to shape the future of a growing business.
