Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm

Alternate Saturdays: 7:00am – 5:00pm

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Trade Counter Assistant to join this busy Watford branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced trade environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and has a strong knowledge of building materials and hardware.

As a Trade Counter Assistant, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers, providing knowledgeable advice, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring the trade counter operates smoothly.ją Using your understanding digitales trade products and professional customer needs, you'll help customers find the right solutions to complete their projects effectively.

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support deliveries in and out of the branch
• Handle telephone enquiries clearly and professionally
• Assist with ordering stock, replenishment, and stock control
• Provide expert advice on building materials and hardware products
• Take part in stock counts and support the smooth running of the branch
