Retail Account Manager

• Oversee and nurture relationships with our UK and international wholesale partners, ensuring each store reflects Neptune's brand and service values.
• Identify new business opportunities and help expand our retail network into new locations.
• Partner with internal teams—from visual merchandising and design to logistics and finance—to deliver beautifully executed store openings and ongoing support.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and targets across stores, providing insight, feedback, and strategic recommendations to the Retail Director.
• Train and develop store teams, fostering excellence in customer experience, product knowledge, and operational standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every Neptune space—wherever it may be—feels unmistakably 'us.'

You'll bring solid experience at account management level within retail, ideally in a premium or lifestyle brand and a proven track record of leading multiple stores and/or wholesale accounts. With strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, you'll also have confidence in decision-making and the ability to adapt to different people and environments.

It's important that you bring proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe.
