Are you passionate about the kitchen and love engaging with customers? Pro Cook is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to become part of our amazing team!

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will help them find the perfect kitchenware while showcasing Pro Cook's excellent range of products.

This is a permanent, part-time position, 8hrs/week in our Bordon Store.

• Welcoming customers with a warm and friendly approach.
• Assisting shoppers in selecting kitchenware tailored to their needs.
• Demonstrating product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Processing transactions and handling customer inquiries smoothly.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.

• Start your day by preparing the store for a busy shopping experience.
• Engage with customers, answering questions and offering guidance.
• Showcase the latest products and share your culinary knowledge.
• Ensure inventory is well-managed by monitoring stock levels.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere with collaboration and support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiasm for customer service and a love for kitchenware.
• Previous experience in retail.
• A proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and technology.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
