Retail Assistant

We’re looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part‑time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week. Join a team that takes pride in its people and operates in a fast‑paced environment.

• Serve customers, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience.
• Provide product knowledge and offer natural, engaging service.
• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
