Head Chef Lead the Kitchen at a Brand-New Inn MCG Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a prestigious client in the search for a talented Head Chef to lead the culinary team at their newly opening Inn.

This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role. You will:
  • Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team
  • Ensure every dish is prepared to the highest professional standards
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, including ordering, supplier relationships, and budgeting
  • Maintain control over food costs, wastage, and wages
  • Deliver consistent quality, freshness, and presentation across all meals
