• Preparing and cooking dishes to the hotel’s menu and standards for Chef roles.
• Supporting food preparation and service during busy periods.
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment for Kitchen Porter roles.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas.
• Working as part of a team to support smooth kitchen operations.

• Shifts scheduled across the week.
• Evening and weekend work required on a rota basis.
• Hours can be discussed to suit full time or part time availability.

• For Chef roles, previous kitchen experience is required.
• For Kitchen Porter roles, no experience is required.
• A reliable and hardworking approach.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
