Dunkeld House Hotel is recruiting a Breakfast Commis Chef to join its kitchen team at the four star Perthshire property.
This role suits someone looking to build experience in a structured hotel kitchen while working across breakfast and wider service periods.

You will support breakfast preparation and service.
You will assist with food preparation across breakfast, lunch and dinner services as required.
You will work closely with senior chefs to develop practical cooking skills.
You will maintain high standards of presentation and food safety.
You will contribute to a well organised and professional kitchen environment.

40 hours per week.
Permanent full time contract.
Shifts focused around breakfast service with support across other services.

You have an interest in developing a career in professional kitchens.
You are organised and attentive to detail.
You work well as part of a team.
Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential at this level.

£13.53 per hour.
