• prepare,cookandservewholesomefoodforouryoungvisitorsontheirschoolresidentialvisit,
• completeallaspectsofcatering,cleaningandroompresentation,
• manageallaspectsoffoodhygieneandallergenmanagement,
• cleanthekitchentoahighstandard
• controlstockandreceivegoods.

Mealsareselectedinadvancebyschoolswithoneortwooptionspergroupofupto
50childrenandyoungpeople.

Allallergensanddietaryrequirementsaresentbeforetheschoolvisits.

Schoolstendtochoosemealssuchassausage&mash,pasta dishes,etc.

Breakfastistypicallytoastandcereals,fruitandpastriesorpancakes.

This is a Part time role on a Temporary Contract Basis
