, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen in a timely and excellent manner.

Situated on Level 33 of The Shard, the UK’s tallest building, Hutong delivers an exceptional Northern Chinese dining experience with stunning views of London.

• Operate the pass:
  Ensure every dish meets our presentation and timing standards before it reaches the guest
• Coordinate & communicate:
  Work with chefs and waitstaff to keep service smooth and orders accurate
• Maintain quality:
  Check that all dishes are perfectly garnished, served at the right temperature, and up to standard

You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £8,448.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
