We are looking for Bartenders (Must be over 18) to work in our stunning cocktail bars at Tattershall Lakes. Cocktail experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. A can‑do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.

Bar 49 is our stunning open‑air lakeside cocktail venue, serving handcrafted drinks in a setting that rivals Ibiza. With unbeatable views, live DJ sets, and a vibrant summer vibe, it’s the ultimate place to work if you love energy, style, and delivering premium guest experiences. We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly team members who are passionate about great service and thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment.

The Giggling Goose is our exclusive over‑18s gin and cocktail bar, serving up sophistication with over 100 variations of gin and premium spirits. It’s a stylish, laid‑back escape from the holiday hustle—designed just for adults. Home to our 2023 Bartender of the Year, this is the perfect venue to showcase your skills, creativity, and passion for premium drinks. We’re looking for confident, charismatic team members who love delivering top‑tier service in a refined, relaxed setting.

If you’ve got a talent for mixology and a love for great conversations, the Giggling Goose could be your next favourite place to work.

We need someone who understands that food and drink are central to an amazing guest experience. Someone who can look after our guests’ every whim when they eat, drink, and relax.

• Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly welcome
• Pulling pints and pouring drinks
• Shaking, building, and stirring our delicious cocktails
• Keeping your area clean, tidy, and well‑stocked
• Generally making sure everybody is having a great time.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.

We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you:

• Have customer service experience and skills.
• Relish the fast pace of a busy bar.
• Be someone who does things without needing to be asked.
• Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are.
• Have experience of working in a team.
• MUST be over the age of 18 due to licensing laws.

• Experience of working in a bar, restaurant, or pub (on the busy nights!)
• A basic knowledge of Cocktails & Gin
• Experience of working in the holiday sector.
