Location: Portree
The Lower Deck Seafood Restaurant is recruiting a Front of House Supervisor to join its team in Portree from March 2026. This role suits an experienced hospitality professional who is confident leading a team in a busy restaurant environment.
The role- You will lead and supervise front of house staff during service.
- You will ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- You will coordinate service to support smooth communication between kitchen and floor.
- You will assist with staff training and performance standards.
- You will handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Full time and part time hours may be available.
Evening and weekend work will form part of the rota.
There is no staff accommodation available at present.
- Previous front of house experience is essential.
- Supervisory experience in a restaurant setting is desirable.
- You must have strong communication skills.
- You should be organised and confident managing a team.
- A calm and professional approach during busy service is essential.
- £15.20 per hour.
- The opportunity to work within an established seafood restaurant in Portree.
