Sous Chef – Vegetarian & Vegan Restaurant
£34,000‑£40,000 per year (Depending on Experience/Hours)

Hands‑on, creative, fast‑paced kitchen
- Deliver consistent, well‑executed dishes during service
- Lead and support junior chefs in prep and service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and organisation
- Manage stock, ordering, and equipment efficiently
- Communicate clearly and contribute to a positive team culture
- Experience at Junior Sous/Sous level in a professional kitchen
- Strong organisational skills and calm leadership
- Confidence running sections and supporting team development
- High attention to detail, timing, and standards
- Interest in refined vegetarian & vegan cooking (training provided)
