We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and innovative Breakfast Chef to join our Culinary team.

Creating exquisite dishes for one of the world’s best buffets, while also offering our guests expert a la carte specials from the menu.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,865 / per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £29,365, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.

Location;
Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).

• You’ll coordinate and serve wonderful food and drinks to our guests in their rooms with warmth, professionalism and the utmost helpful manner throughout the night
• Playing a significant part in making sure our In Room Dining experience runs without a hitch, and our service is delivered impeccably to each and every guest
• Building strong relationships and excellent communication with our chefs, you’ll work closely together in preparation for breakfast service
• Providing a confident service when taking orders directly from our guests, listening attentively to their specific requirements and always ensuing complete accuracy
• Organising and maintaining department equipment; collecting all Food & Beverage items from guest floors and assisting with overall cleaning duties within the department
• Achieving your Personal Licence training as part of the Night shift role
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• Methodical in your approach, you have the ability to adapt and react to any situation
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you re passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you re well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
