4-week rota, working 5 out of 7 days Are you passionate about creating nutritious, high-quality meals that make a difference in your community? We're looking for an experienced Chef to join our Local Government catering team in Portland, Dorset. What you'll do:
Prepare and cook meals to meet dietary and nutritional standards. Work within food safety and hygiene regulations. Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen operations efficiently. Assist with training and development of clientele and staff. Deliver excellent service for staff and residents. Must-Haves:
Enhanced DBS for Adult Workforce, dated within the last 12 months and with no convictions (If you don't have one, we can apply for it at the point of interview.) Full UK Driving Licence and own transport (due to rural location). Previous experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen. Knowledge of food safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for fresh, wholesome food. Site Policies:
