• £31,500 - £33,000 depending on experience

• Supporting the Head Sommelier and senior team in the day‑to‑day running of the wine service
• Delivering knowledgeable, confident, and engaging wine service to guests
• Assisting with wine pairings, recommendations, and menu development
• Maintaining cellar organisation, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Upholding high standards of service, compliance, and hospitality excellence

• Previous experience in a fine dining or high‑end hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for wine, beverages, and guest experience
• Confident, personable, and eager to continue learning and developing
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A positive, professional, and proactive approach
