Brora Golf Club is recruiting an experienced Chef to join itsहरुको professional kitchen team at one of the Highlands’ most respected golf clubs. This role suits a capable, steady chef who values consistency, standards, and working in a well run kitchen environment.

• You will prepare and present high quality dishes in line with the club’s menus and service standards.
• You will maintain high levels of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in line with HACCP requirements.
• You will contribute to menu development and daily specials where appropriate.
• You will manage stock rotation, portion control, and waste reduction.
• You will work as part of a small kitchen team and support junior staff during service.
• You will deliver consistent food quality during busy service periods.

This is a full time role based on 37.5 annualised hours.

The role includes evenings and weekends in line with the club’s service requirements.

The position is based at Brora Golf Club in Sutherland.

• You will have proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
• You will have a strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• You will be organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
• You will take pride in your work and maintain attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and good team ethic are essential.
