What's Involved?

• Supporting the Head Sommelier and senior team in the day-to-day running of the wine service
  Delivering knowledgeable, confident, and engaging wine service to guests
  Assisting with wine pairings, recommendations, and menu development
  Maintaining cellar organisation, stock control, and supplier relationships
  Upholding high standards of service, compliance, and hospitality excellence

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment
  A genuine passion for wine, beverages, and guest experience
  Confident, personable, and eager to continue learning and developing
  Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  A positive, professional, and proactive approach
