Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Swindon
Brand: Chancellors
Salary: OTE: of up to £40,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:45am - 6pm, Fridays from 8:45am - 5:30pm. Please note, that you will be required to work every other Saturday from 10am - 3pm.
Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

We are a forward-thinking and dynamic estate agency with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding results and customer service. We are expanding and looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator in our successful team.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator
, you will be responsible for driving lettings performance, securing new business, and managing client relationships. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.
- Conduct valuations and market appraisals to win new instructions
- Generate and attend property viewings
- Negotiate tenancies between landlords and tenants
- Provide expert advice to landlords on rental values, legislation, and market trends
- Ensure all properties are compliant and marketed effectively
- Work to and exceed personal and office targets
- Assist in training and supporting junior negotiators
- Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business
- ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
