Reporting To: Factory Manager / Head of QA

Salary: NPR 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Vacancy: 1 Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented QA/QC Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and production excellence. The role involves monitoring processes, conducting inspections, and supporting continuous improvement in product quality.

• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, packaging, and finished water bottles.
• Perform routine laboratory and on‑site tests (water quality, seal strength, labeling accuracy, etc.).
• Identify non‑conforming products and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and test results.
• Ensure sanitation and hygiene practices across the facility.
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Train production staff on SOPs, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality.
• Ensure calibration and proper use of testing equipment.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering (Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field preferred).
• Experience:
  
  3–5 years in QA/QC roles within FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing industries.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ISO, HACCP).
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Ability to train and coordinate with production teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in Nepal.
