Specification & Data Management Specialist - Europe Foods (R&D)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and manage product specifications (ingredient, formula, label, finished goods).
  • Digitise and update technical data to support new product launches.
  • Run SAP specification workflows and keep data accurate, clean, and audited.
  • Partner with Product Development, TDC, Commercialisation & Supply Chain to keep projects moving.
  • Enable accurate BOM setup and help ensure full traceability for manufacturing.
  • Support sustainability goals (PEP+) by embedding design and ingredient changes into specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain data required for BRC/GFSI compliance to keep products on shelves.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to R&D digital transformation.
What You Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for quality data.
  • Experience with SAP, PLM, or other specification systems (or strong learning agility).
  • Background in food science, chemistry, QA/QC, regulatory, or product development (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys cross‑functional and multicultural teamwork.
  • Solid English skills (written & verbal) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
