A health board organization located in Wales is looking for a Quality Improvement Practitioner to lead and manage quality improvement initiatives. The role requires autonomy in solving problems, data collection, and analysis to inform practice changes. The ideal candidate should possess experience in quality improvement methodologies and be able to actively promote continuous improvement culture. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
This is a full-time contract position with a salary range of £39,263 to £47,280 per year.
