Quality Leader

We are looking for a Quality Leader to join our technical team on a 4‑month fixed‑term basis. This role will ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, leading quality initiatives across operations.

• Investigate root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) and document control
• Oversee quality checks and lead quality improvement projects
• Review data and identify trends for proactive decision‑making
• Conduct internal audits and support external inspections
• Complete retailer and brand specifications
• Sign off retailer and own‑label artwork
• Respond to customer complaints with professionalism and care

• Experience in a similar role within the food industry, ideally with exposure to artwork sign‑off, retailer specifications, and food labelling
• HACCP knowledge preferred
• A self‑motivated individual with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment

This role is to cover a period of maternity leave. There is scope for the role to be based between our sites in Lennoxtown and Blackford on a hybrid basis, or full time from our Ochils site in Blackford.
