Grounds Maintenance Operatives
Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm | Van Provided
Resourcing Group is looking for reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a 2-person team covering the St Ives Cambridge area. This is a temp-to-perm role starting early next week, with interviews happening TODAY.
The PayStandard rate + Holiday Pay
The Day-to-DayYou'll be doing the "usual stuff" to keep sites looking sharp:
- Strimming and precision edging.
- Operating Ride‑on Mowers.
- General grounds upkeep & Litter Picking.
- Working alongside your teammate to get the job done right.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (Essential).
- Solid Experience in grounds maintenance/landscaping.
- Competent with strimmers and ride‑ons.
- Reliable, hardworking, and ready to get stuck in.
- Van Supplied:
The van goes home with either you or your teammate. - Fast Track:
Interview today, on‑site by Monday/Tuesday.
