Looking for temporary work that gets you outdoors and earning? Join us for the harvest season! We’re recruiting Agricultural Labourers to support our seasonal farm operations. This is a temporary role, ideal for those looking for short-term work in the fresh air while being part of a hardworking, friendly team.

• Harvesting fruit, vegetables, and other crops by hand or with basic tools, following quality standards
• Identifying ripe produce and handling crops carefully to avoid damage
• Sorting and packing harvested produce into crates, boxes, or containers
• Working at a steady pace to meet daily production targets
• Following instructions from supervisors on picking methods and field layout
• Assisting with basic field tasks such as weeding or plant maintenance when required
• Keeping work areas clean and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Reporting damaged crops, pests, or field issues to supervisors

This role is well suited to temporary or seasonal workers who are reliable, physically fit, and happy to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Duration:
This is an ongoing seasonal position.

Contract Type:
Temporary

Hourly Rate:
The hourly rate for the role is £12.21; you will accrue up to 28 days’ holiday per year. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Working Hours:

This role will be on a 4 on 4 off rota with start time typically being 7am.

• Good physical fitness and stamina for repetitive, active outdoor work
• Ability to identify ripe or ready-to-harvest produce
• Strong attention to detail and care in handling fragile crops
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
