Competitive Pay Rates – £17.50 – £20 depending on level, plus company benefits

Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00

About the role

At idverde, we provide a range of Arboricultural Operations including tree removals, crown thinning/reductions/lifting, dead wooding and tree planting, as well as ongoing tree maintenance. We are now looking for talented and experienced Arborists, to build new teams in Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

Working closely with both internal & field‑based teams and clients, you will help drive operational excellence, support team development, and uphold the company's reputation in forestry and arboriculture services. You will also manage daily operations, oversee climbing activities, and liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Arborist, with an eye for detail and passion for high quality tree care.
  • Excellent understanding of arboriculture, safety protocols, care & maintenance of all equipment, and the ability to undertake operations safely and competently, with a can‑do attitude.
  • Relevant Industry Qualifications – CS30-32 / 38 / 39.
  • Woodchopper ticket an advantage.
  • Team Leaders must have Aerial Rigging & Pruning CS40 / 41.
  • CS33-35, MEWP & IPAF Certificate / PAL Card highly beneficial.
  • Previous leadership / supervisory experience is also necessary.
  • Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
