Assistant​/Trainee Landscaper

THE EMPLOYER IS: BESPOKE LANDSCAPING PROJECTS LTD. We are seeking an Assistant/Trainee Landscaper to join our team working on high-quality, bespoke landscaping projects across County Antrim and neighbouring areas. This is an opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in landscaping, working alongside experienced professionals on unique residential outdoor spaces. The role will involve supporting all aspects of landscaping work, learning practical skills on site, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional finished landscapes.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Assisting with the construction and installation of bespoke landscaping features.
• Supporting hard and soft landscaping tasks, including groundwork, paving, fencing, building walls, decking, machinery operation, logistics, planting, turfing and artificial lawn installations.
• Preparing sites, materials, and tools for daily work.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Following instructions from senior staff.
• Learning correct use of tools, machinery, and landscaping techniques.
• Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Professional attitude.
• Basic understanding of health and safety on site.
• Driver's licence or own transport to vary job sites.
• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of plants, paving, or basic groundwork.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
