Right to work in the UK is required! We are looking for dedicated workers to help harvest the 2025/2026 daffodil crop at JGD Richards farm in Cornwall. The season runs from late December to early April (Easter). Picking daffodils is a physically demanding job, carried out outdoors in open fields in all weather conditions. The role involves bending, walking on uneven ground, and lifting and carrying crates of flowers.

A good level of fitness and stamina is essential.

Work is typically Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. Working hours depend on crop volume and customer orders, with an average of 8 hours per day and 30–60 minutes unpaid breaks.

• £12.21 per hour
• Bonuses available for strong performance (based on quality and speed)

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding tasks
• Work must be completed to a high standard of quality and speed
• No experience necessary – full training is provided on site
• Must have proof of Right to Work in the UK
