Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits to adults and seniors in their homes throughout Philadelphia
.

We are especially interested in RNs who live in New Jersey, hold a Compact RN license, and are willing to work in Philadelphia

• Deliver skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the home
• Complete comprehensive assessments and follow physician orders
• Perform medication management, wound care, disease management, and patient education
• Accurately document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support patient independence, safety, and quality of life

• Active RN license (Compact license required or must have PA RN license)
• Willingness to provide home visits in Philadelphia
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (home health or med-surg experience a plus)
• Strong clinical judgment and time-management skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $70.00 - $75.00 per point
