We're looking for a passionate and driven Individual Giving Officer to join our growing Fundraising team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver campaigns that inspire support and build lasting relationships with our donors.
Your roleAs an Individual Giving Officer, you'll play a key part in delivering multi-channel fundraising campaigns and developing supporter journeys that are meaningful, engaging, and impactful. You'll work across both individual giving and legacy fundraising, helping us grow income and deepen connections with our community.
Responsibilities- Running individual giving campaigns across regular giving, in-memory donations, lottery, cash appeals, and our online shop.
- Creating and refining stewardship journeys across digital, print, and phone to ensure supporters feel valued and connected.
- Supporting the delivery of legacy campaigns across email, print, and social media to inspire future gifts.
- Experience in fundraising and a good understanding of individual giving.
- Confidence working across different channels and managing multiple projects with strong organisational skills.
- Experience supporting fundraising campaigns via direct mail, email, telemarketing, or social media.
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Passionate about making a difference and eager to grow within a supportive team.
