Help deliver and support our public engagement functions whilst developing your skills, knowledge and experience.

12-month fixed term contract

National Living Wage: £12.21 rising to £12.71 from April 2026

37 per week

This position is supported by the Exmoor Pioneers Project which is funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund and Care Moor for Exmoor. Thanks to National Lottery players we will be able to help support skills development for young people.

Working with a skilled and committed staff team, the Engagement Trainee will support our work in engaging with people about Exmoor s special qualities through our communications work and assisting with our engagement events and activities.

The role will provide support in other areas such as pop-up engagement events, volunteer activities, business engagement, digital communications, interpretation materials and provide a warm welcome to users of the National Park.
